According to our records, your vehicle was repaired at our shop in July 2025 and returned to you on August 9, 2025, as a self-pay repair. The first time we heard of any concern was on July 8, 2026, nearly one year after the repair was completed. During that call, your concern was about a CARFAX vehicle history report, not the quality of the repairs. Before that, we had not received any complaints regarding our workmanship or any unresolved repair issues. We would like to clarify that our shop does not submit repair information or vehicle history reports to CARFAX or any other third-party vehicle history provider. Our estimating software is used solely for preparing repair estimates and managing the repair process; it does not automatically report repair information to CARFAX. For readers of this review, vehicle history reports may include information from many independent sources, such as insurance companies, dealerships, service providers, government agencies, auctions, and other third parties. Our shop does not control what these entities report or how CARFAX compiles its reports. We stand behind our work, provide warranties on our repairs, and take pride in delivering quality service and supporting our customers.
